Affordable bike rental in Eastbourne
We will hire you a bike for any length of time at a very attractive price. With effect from 1st Jan 2024 the net cost of a bike for 24 hours is going to be £20, 48 hours £25, 72 hours £30 and £41 for one week.
We now have one Trek tandem available to hire. The net cost is as follows: 1 day £34, 2 days £55, 3 days £65, 4 days £75, 5 days £85, 6 days £95 & one week £105.
Our Basis Beacon electric mountain bike is £40 per day (deposit £300) and our Focus electric mountain bike is £30 per day (deposit £250).
We can advise you on the best routes for the places you want to visit. We will also offer you a lock for £3 net (Deposit £10, refund £7). We lend helmets free of charge.
Our bike hire process
Our pricing method for up to a month works as follows:
- Choose the bike you wish to hire from the stock we have
- You pay us a £85 deposit
- If you return the bike within 24 hours we will refund you £65; and
- Two days later we will refund £60 and so on
Lock hire requires a deposit of £10 but you will always have £7 refunded, assuming the lock functions correctly.
Our method ensures cheap long term hire. In the unusual circumstance that the bike is returned with a puncture we will deduct £15 (Our standard puncture repair charge) from your refund.
Payment methods
We accept Sterling by Visa, Mastercard etc, cash or online transfers to First Direct (Mr S M Kittoe, sort code 40-47-62, account 63818837). Euros can be paid to IBAN BE58 9670 2523 1379. We do not accept cheques. All refunds will be made in Sterling.
